We are dedicated to working together to bring awareness, education and resources, within low income communities, to save lives through early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.

The Scott Eli Jackson Foundation (SEJF) is dedicated to working together to bring awareness, education and resources, within low income communities, to save lives through early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer is the third leading cause of cancer related death in Greater New Orleans. This year alone almost 800 families will be diagnosed in the state of Louisiana. Some will have access to great care and resources to support their loved one’s fight with pancreatic cancer, but many will not.
We work with low income communities who are adversely affected by pancreatic cancer because they do not have access to quality preventative care, pancreatic cancer awareness, nor resources to help support new diagnosed patients and families. With a less than a 9% survival rate, this diagnosis of pancreatic cancer leaves our families feeling isolated, shaken to their cores, and truly hopeless. At the Scott Eli Jackson Foundation (SEJF) we see ourselves as a safe haven for newly diagnosed patients and their families.
JUST DIAGNOSED?
LET US KNOW. WE WANT TO HELP.
